All your enquiries and orders are processed using top-notch management and translation systems, such as Quahill, SDL Trados, Phrase and Memoq, which ensure fast, reliable and secure processing of your enquiries.

  1. Request a free quote:
    Send us a request stating:
    • source / target language,
    • required delivery deadline, and
    • attach source files intended for translation.
  2. We will send you a non-binding price calculation:

    We will analyze the files to identify repetitions, perform formatting checks, calculate your discount and will send you the final price for translating your source files.

    We will analyze your enquiry completely free of charge and perform price calculation based on your editable source files. Thanks to this process, you will know beforehand the total translation price, which is final.

    If your source files are not editable and their conversion to an editable format is not possible, the final translation price will be calculated based on the translated documents. Only an indicative order price will be set before starting the translation.

Order payment

  1. Order payment:

    We will start processing the translation immediately after receiving your payment of our advance invoice.

    Payment terms:

    • In the case of new customers, we require an advance payment in the full amount of the price calculation before starting translation processing (available payment options).
    • For regular customers or translation agencies, monthly invoicing of processed orders is possible, or invoicing after completion of individual projects (based on cooperation agreement).
    • In the case of larger projects, it is possible to agree on an installment system, for example: 50% / 50% etc.

Translation delivery

  1. Translation delivery:

    After completing the translation, we adjust the formatting of the translated files, check compliance with project specifications and deliver the finished project.

  2. Translation acceptance:

    After receiving the translation and evaluating it, you will notify us via email whether you are satisfied with the translation.

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the translation, we will perform an additional revision free of charge taking into account your comments and send you the revised translation for final evaluation.(100% quality guarantee).

  3. Completion:

    If you are satisfied with the final translation, send us an email confirming acceptance of the translation. This will consider the order closed.
